Road Transport Compliance

Discover Your Potential at Natwide Training Australia

Heavy Vehicle National Law compliance

The Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) requires that all heavy vehicles used on a road must comply with heavy vehicle standards, which includes both the requirements of the Australian Design Rules (ADRs) and the Heavy Vehicle (Vehicle Standards) National Regulation. Our compliance audits check that you meet these standards.

Contact National Training Australia today to find out more.

National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme accreditation

The National Training Australia Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) is a national formal process for recognising operators who have robust safety management systems in place. It is also increasingly being used to show compliance with general duty requirements under road transport law.

Heavy vehicle operators can apply for accreditation under the following NHVAS modules:

  • Mass Management
  • Maintenance Management
  • Fatigue Management (Basic or Advanced)

National Training Australia can provide audits to demonstrate compliance with each of the three accreditation modules.
